♦   You will need Sticky mat, towel, and water.

 ♦   Arrive 10 min early; find your space, master your stillness

 ♦  Attire: remove shoes & socks prior to entering yoga room. Clothing should be comfortable

 ♦  Practice is best on empty stomache.  Refrain  from eating 1-2 hours before class.

♦  Please refrain from wearing body fragrences.

 ♦ In form the instructor of health conditions.

 ♦  If you leave early, please exit quietly, without class disruption, before Savasana (final relaxation) .

♦ 
Save friendly conversations for after class.

 ♦  Please sign in prior to class

♦  Breathe deeply to  work through any difficulties
